Hours of Operation

Our office requires an appointment for all potential and current clients. 

While we work normal business hours we are often in Court or out of the office. 

We do not support walk in clients at this time.

Please call 406-581-5479 to schedule a time to come into the office for an appointment or to pick up documents.

2. Payment method on file with the office

Booking and Cancellation Policy

When booking a consultation or appointment with our office it means that we have reserved time in our 

schedule exclusively for you. Please arrive at the office ten minutes prior to your appointment start time.
By scheduling any appointment with us you agree to the following.


Shyne Law Group, PLLC requires that all potential clients place a card on file with our office when you make your appointment.

 

You will not be charged until you hire us for your legal concerns, or you fail show up or cancel your appointment in accordance with the following cancellation policy:

To avoid the consultation fee ($250), you must provide notice of cancellation to our office no
later than 2 business days prior to your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment less than 2 business days before it is scheduled to take place, you
will be charged $250.
Our office calls and confirms every appointment the Thursday or Friday before it is scheduled to take place.
